Anas Khan started his career as a rider and enrolled in Skills 360 Pakistan to learn something new. He had a knack for all things Internet and wanted to pursue his academic career at Skills 360. After studying the course for 6 months and graduating with flying colors, Anas joined The Coach 360’s interview and work-life training program where he mastered the corporate ring and joined one of Pakistan’s leading IT companies as a Junior Graphic Designer. He still pursues his passion for designing and works as a full-time employee.
The Coach 360 trained the Karachi United Women’s football team on cultivating a team mindset, emphasizing the importance of a collective effort over personal gains. Through tailored exercises and motivational sessions, the players learned to prioritize teamwork, understanding that true victory comes when every individual contributes selflessly towards a common goal. This shift in mindset has not only strengthened their unity but also enhanced their performance on the field.
The Coach 360 Corporate Futsal League, initiated by Burhan Mirza, was designed to strengthen teamwork and bridge the gap between managers and their subordinates. The league was meticulously planned to cultivate a unified mindset, centered around achieving mutual goals. By requiring teams to include members from all levels of the hierarchy, the CCFL fostered stronger relationships between employees and employers. The outcome was a more cohesive workforce, focused on collective efforts, with increased trust in leadership decisions and a shared commitment to success.
